Get to talk to real people on the phone which is rare with a driving job these days
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We run into issues like any job but we are able to work them out as a team and I feel like I am listened to.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I get to talk to a real person on the phone instead of having to deal 100% with an app. Way more helpful than uber if I have an issue on a ride.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I drive for Uber, Lyft, and Boomerang Transport. I feel like of all the companies I drive for Boomerang is the most up front about their pay and compensate me more than the others.
