My days are pretty easy and straightforward. I just get driving jobs and complete them.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like the flexibility of my schedule and I enjoy the autonomy of the driving position.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people are generally upbeat that I work with at the company and more importantly available when there is an issue I need to talk with them about while on a transport.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Overall I think the company does a good job leadership wise. As a driver I only communicate with the dispatchers and their automated systems, but it all seems pretty efficient and I can reach somebody when I need to.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I put yes for all of these answers, but there are really zero meetings or co-workers here. I just get driving jobs and complete those jobs, so I only interact with the passengers or the dispatchers over the phone.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I work as a driver, so my pay is only for the driving jobs that I complete. I wish the pay was a little higher, but it seems fair compared to other driving jobs I have done in the past.
