I think for the most part the benefits are great. There may be some misunderstanding of really how good they are. We have great health insurance, a great PTO policy and decent compensation.

We work 40 hours a week. It's a fun work environment and at the same time, lots of fun with different activities to build team unity.

Pretty positive and upbeat. Even when things are tough the general response is, "how can we make this better? How can we fix the problem?" which is refreshing to be around.

What part of Boostability's business is growing fastest? What part is having difficulties?
The part that is growing fastest is also the part that is having difficulties, in my opinion. Our European partners are growing really quickly and the staffing is struggling to keep up a bit. It's a common phenomenon when your company grows so quickly.
From what I understand, Boostability is growing the fastest in Europe. America has settled down a bit, but that could change.

How does Boostability handle HR issues?
Very professionally and discreetly. I can tell they care a lot about the employees and want to ensure they feel safe and that any concern or issue they have they can feel comfortable coming forward. HR also does a lot of training with managers and employees.
They HR at boostability handles every Issue with a very high amount of care and professionalism.
They are so quick to respond to any questions or concerns. They sometimes get a bad rap for being intimidating, but that has not been my experience. They are very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Very flexible because I produce.
8 to 5 Monday through Friday, so not too flexible.
My schedule is fairly flexible. I just need to make sure I'm here at a decent time.
What are your coworkers at Boostability like?
Really awesome. They care about me on a personal and professional level and they always want to get to know me more. They are the reason I love coming to work. (Along with my actual job, of course.)

What's one thing you wish you'd known before joining Boostability?
How much I would love working here and how hard it would be to consider leaving at all.
I could've been working here much earlier
That I would get very limited time off my first couple years. I don't love that we have only 11 days of PTO my first year that include sick days. I and others are more likely to come to work sick and even get others sick as we don't want to waste our limited PTO. Other than that I really have enjoyed this company and they do put in a great effort to make sure we are enjoying our time at work.

In my office, it's pretty spread out. I wish we were a little closer together so we could interact with each other more.
