  • The part that is growing fastest is also the part that is having difficulties, in my opinion. Our European partners are growing really quickly and the staffing is struggling to keep up a bit. It's a common phenomenon when your company grows so quickly.

  • Very professionally and discreetly. I can tell they care a lot about the employees and want to ensure they feel safe and that any concern or issue they have they can feel comfortable coming forward. HR also does a lot of training with managers and employees.

  • They are so quick to respond to any questions or concerns. They sometimes get a bad rap for being intimidating, but that has not been my experience. They are very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

  • How much I would love working here and how hard it would be to consider leaving at all.

  • I could've been working here much earlier

  • That I would get very limited time off my first couple years. I don't love that we have only 11 days of PTO my first year that include sick days. I and others are more likely to come to work sick and even get others sick as we don't want to waste our limited PTO. Other than that I really have enjoyed this company and they do put in a great effort to make sure we are enjoying our time at work.
