About the same aside from the first interview was more that the manager forgot that he had an interview and had one of his team interview me.

Boostability has a solid product in place and at it's core it doesn't change much, however they are continually adding new services, optimizing their current services and upgrading the customer and partner experience. They don't change for change's sake, they use their vast client data set to analyze what is working and what isn't and then change accordingly.
