Low pay, lower than working in fast food. Grunt work was boring. Having higher pay, better benefits and more meaningful work would help.

I feel undervalued because the minimum wage has not gone up to account for inflation. I would feel better compensated if we could opt out of boost merch and get more pay raises instead.

There's lots of miscommunication and information silos.
Our clients are aggressive and draining to talk to, I dread speaking with them each day.
I've enjoyed my job at Boost, but ever since all the website partners have left, I'm doing someone else's job. I understand that other teams need help, but I am not having a good time. Please bring on more website partners.
Boostability is constantly changing and growing. The only things that I wish were different would be to have more PTO or at least longer Maternity Leave/Paternity Leave.
