I feel people don't appreciate my work, the impact it has. I want a higher salary as recognition, and a larger bonus too for the work accomplished and its impact
For years, management took advantage of hard-working ambitious workers. Take on more responsibilities, with a raise promised later, but then it never comes, and managers lie right to your face.
No clear path forward, hard and stressful job, long hours, I feel taken for granted
I get paid less then $2,000 a month before taxes But sell between $30,000-80,000 worth of product in a month
I have tackled and solved hard technical problems, and I do not think I've been adequately rewarded. Higher salary, larger bonus.
