Most people have smart and have deep expertise
They are hardworking people and make it better coming into the office every day
There were lots of good people. But there is a big experience gap. There are many who have been at Bose for 15-20 years, and a lot who have been there 1-3 years. But very few people with 5-10 years experience at Bose. So many layoffs, and they keep the long term employees who can't leave.
