Being human and actually working with they're staff.
Bose needs to clean house in terms of leadership. Everyone is out of touch.
Leading, innovating, culture, values, humanity
Everything! Dishonest, clueless, mean, incompetent. If you are not part of the "club", you'll be out the door in the next layoff. Culture is terrible. There is no "leadership", just clueless managers who act like little dictators who surround themselves with "yes" men.
I feel people don't appreciate my work, the impact it has. I want a higher salary as recognition, and a larger bonus too for the work accomplished and its impact
For years, management took advantage of hard-working ambitious workers. Take on more responsibilities, with a raise promised later, but then it never comes, and managers lie right to your face.
No clear path forward, hard and stressful job, long hours, I feel taken for granted
I get paid less then $2,000 a month before taxes But sell between $30,000-80,000 worth of product in a month
I have tackled and solved hard technical problems, and I do not think I've been adequately rewarded. Higher salary, larger bonus.

Less work, more recognition, more collaboration
Create a meaningful vision for the future to guide the company
It all comes from management. If managers are dishonest and paranoid and stupid, they won't listen to any suggestions. If you suggest something, you are the problem, because you can't criticize the boss. Smart vocal people with fresh ideas all leave. What's left are people who don't care or are dumb
people need to be less stressed, less dismissive and condescending
HR, from the HR executive down to the HR managers do a poor job. They work to make sure that this fact is hidden from the executive team. They provide the actual employee as little support as possible.

chasing trends is not the way
Change the culture where managers don't listen to smart employees. Smart vocal employees are driven away because their input is ignored. End up with dumb managers surrounded by people afraid or unwilling to question the failing process. Anyone who sees it failing either leaves or is laid off
everything, and too late now
Pick up the pace, people!
