How employees describe working at Bospar
Good work! Good people. And good clients.
A poorly run agency with no strategic plan
Bospar is 100% WFH. Person-by-person, it is the most awarded agency in the USA.
Bospar was definitely a wild ride! It was awesome building relationships with clients and getting their stories out there. That part was super rewarding. But whoa, things got hectic sometimes. Felt like I was constantly hustling to keep everyone happy, and there weren't always enough hands on deck .
Working as an Assistant Account Executive at Bospar was a great learning experience that gave me a solid foundation in client communication and account management. The workload could be overwhelming, there were limited opportunities for advancement within the Assistant Account Executive role itself.
