The workload could be overwhelming, there were limited opportunities for advancement within the Assistant Account Executive role itself.

Bospar was definitely a wild ride! It was awesome building relationships with clients and getting their stories out there. That part was super rewarding. But whoa, things got hectic sometimes. Felt like I was constantly hustling to keep everyone happy, and there weren't always enough hands on deck .
