Tumultuous - when things are good, they're good, but when they're bad, it gets pretty bleak. Middle management largely has no interest or experience in managing people. Leadership changes direction quarterly. Fundraising happens yearly to stay afloat. Told friends to stay away if stability is valued
The culture is great, the business is growing, my co-workers are smart and nice. No complaints!
