BP Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

After 5 years are 401K became vested rather we stayed with the company or not we could take it with us and just roll it over.

I'm a lower level operational / functional manager and quite happy with the overall package.

full medical plan and yearly stock option.

I was a contractor, so compensation package was hourly pay only, but it was generous so that I could afford to pay for everything myself.

Working for honest people who were not driven by profits only.

fairly paid by your skills

401k match and pension plan

Good salary, fair bonus system, good pension system

Pension. Competitive Pay. Annual Bonus.

overall compensation, benefits, salary, asdfsaf

Total pay is great, retirement of 7% match and roughly 7% to pension is great

Medical benefits and bonus are very good.

The thought into medical and mental health wellness

It was the 9/80 work schedule, that is now a thing of the past.

Very flexible work schedule and health benefits

The wellbeing cash plan is very generous

Review from Business Development Dept

Benefits and flexible pay is best

Base Salary is very good

Review from HR Dept

High base salaries (in-line with independent operators) and benefits that exceed most independents. Best of bp benefits plus some additional perks.

Review from Engineering Dept

2 days home office option/week.

Review from HR Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I was the highest paid person for my age in the uk at my first maternity leave, then after i forever went backwards with 4 children

BP has cut hours to 32 a week and also took away all vacation. Pathetic for a company that is making record profits every quarter.

More options to work remotely

My counterparts with less experience and education earn higher wages. I see many promotions take place that don't align with experience.

Well currently waiting for housing a place to confterbaly structure my life it's really hard without any confterbility ? Can I ask for a dividend increase please

Basic employee respect! Really it is simple yet so many "leaders" at bp fail at basic human decency. It is almost a prerequisite that you need zero empathy to be a leader at bp! Absolutely disturbing.

Executives are too busy pating themselves on the back to recognize staff contributions.

Need to pay more and be granted more time off

All about themselves and take as much from you as possible

Constantly overlooked for other individuals who not only lacked talent but were mostly just mean. Managers often don't see this as advancement is all about managing upwards, taken straight from 1980's management play book. Company is overall dated, in values, age of employees, getting stuff to happe

Review from Business Development Dept

The fact that we are an understaffed organization and the work load only keeps increasing as a result of all the restructuring that is done, and salaries are not adjusted accordingly with the changes.

Review from Sales Dept

My race has restricted me from advancing

Review from Engineering Dept

I am over worked and under paid.

Review from Sales Dept

I have been made redundant due to attempting to make the company leaner

Review from Engineering Dept

Othe convience store pay double digits I make single digits. I cant afford their health care so I recevie state medacaid

Review from Sales Dept

anyone who serves over 15 years should get full benefits
