there is a Comfortable work environment
I was given assignments that sometimes took months to perform. I worked independently and generally alone. I was able to contribute to the overall success, safety, and quality of the BP gas production.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everyone seems to be out to get each other. Management is fostering a toxic work environment with no support.
No one is buying the transition story, simply bp was late to party and at this stage is simply an unwanted guest.
Debt rules this company... all they're concerned with is this years cash flow.
The office is hopeless and your aways on the back foot when you get to the costumer
Managers need to be held more accountable for team environment
