How's the morale at BP?
Low due to the current economic price environment, particularly in Finance where top leadership fails to show clear direction about how to organize the function and make it more efficient. Additionally, there is a real lack of personal development. You are either with the "in" crowd and get promoted or you stay relatively where you are even though you maybe a highly rated performer.
