Exhausting! Constant restructuring and never really seems to get it right with what's needed in terms of resources to get the job done. It feels like experience has no real place in the organization as many are let go. Those that remain are struggling and scrambling to find help and answers.

Collaboration on projects, feedback and the opportunity to voice opinions without judgement.
What makes you most happy at work?
Recognition for successful outcomes. Support with resources when needed or a shift in priorities when necessary.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very good question. I really don't have anything in particular that I can honestly say I like best.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My counterparts with less experience and education earn higher wages. I see many promotions take place that don't align with experience.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I struggle with an honest answer on this one also. It's a good environment if you work under a fair and reasonable manager and supportive team. It's not a very good environment to work in if you work under a manager that is controlling, unreasonable and a deep lack of empathy or support.
