What do you like best about the leadership team?

(bpx leadership) Great top level leaders that are kind to employees, level-headed and have good direction even in rocky economic times.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

High base salaries (in-line with independent operators) and benefits that exceed most independents. Best of bp benefits plus some additional perks.

What did you like most about the interview process?

(bpx) Interview process is conducted by the actual managers that you will be working with instead of HR. They are technical and interpersonal.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Individuals are driven and intelligent. People really do strive to think outside of the box in terms of traditional O&G ways of doing things.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

bpx really tries to live up to their word to be a premier onshore operator. As compared to peers the company is as fair or more fair when it comes to handling employees on the HR front and layoffs partially due to being part of bp.
