not being paid on duly earned commissions, and having to cover multiple territories and not being compensated per contact is a couple items
I do way more than what a machine Operator entails and they know that and ecide to keep you lower so they can get more out of you and not have to pay you.
The company constantly spends money of frivolous, meaningless things but never seems to have any money to actually pay their employees what they actually deserve.
They need to be more involved with listning to the employees
