What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are cohesive and communicate what is going on.
They are trusting and supportive. Most compassionate leadership team I have ever worked under.
They treat you like family and not just an employee.
Seem to care, listen and try to help even when his hands are tied.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I enjoy the incentive plan.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel that I am compensated for all my years of experience in the outside Brenntag world. I took a pay cut when I started here 6 years ago and I have still not reached the salary I made prior to coming on board with Brenntag.
I believe our yearly evaluations could be better. From information provided, a rating of 3 is the "norm" therefore the amount for our yearly raise is minimum. It would also be nice to have bonus incentives.
More help , better pay and shown I am appreciated. Boost company moral !!!
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work well together to achieve business goals.
They will help you out when needed.
We are all very driven and passionate about our jobs.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Actually doing their jobs and not trying to pass everything off on to everyone else to do. Look into things it might just be one more click to get the answer.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone gets along and we have fun together.
Feeling supported. Valued for my contributions to the team. There seems to be an attempt to help bring employees home/work life balance into consideration.
Due to repairs and removal of mold in our building, I still work remotely so environment does not apply. Even when working at a physical office, we have minimum number of employees and there is very little interaction. It is a disadvantage for myself compared to CSR's that physically working at hub
Working from home so not to deal with the daily office drama and can focus on daily work

I enjoy a range of tasks and flexibility in accomplishing them.
The ability to work from home. The feeling of accomplishment I get each day.

Love my job and what I do its the overall moral of the company that makes it hard to get excited everyday.
