Change the culture from the top down
Delegating. The culture of micromanagement needs to stop. Micromanagement is not just laying out bulleted steps to carry out a task, but also nitpicking results until you get the conclusion that you want. LIsten to your employees.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
No cap on commisions and really great accelerators for over 100% performance.

Make it a industry standard salary
No stocks options or unachievable bonus targets
401 k match and comoany stocks
The stock compensation is a great gesture, but it's so dilute as to be meaningless.

We truly all work together to get the best outcomes as we possibly can for both us and the customer.

No collaboration. Need better communication from leadership

I work remotely, so my work environment is my home. There isn't much company culture.
