Brinker International Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Salary is competitive with market

Its all at industry standards

Review from Operations Dept

The 5p% discount at all Brinker locations and Perk Spot is very nice.

The pay is ok could be better

I am paid biweekly on time as promised.

Paid what I am Worth!

Review from Sales Dept

They offer so much 401k awesome benifits and discounts love my job

Review from Sales Dept

The salary is on the high side of being competitive and the opportunity for increases

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Better pay for the job and more attentive to the to the store and have them actually act more like managers and no preference on workers

Better pay. Better schedule. Better treatment. Show respect to employees.

I was told I would get a raise when i learned my first station on the line, and i was lied to.

I needed more hours and was told by Jeremy Pope I would get more hours. He asked me to turn down a job because he wanted to give me more hours and when I did he only gave me a few extra hours . Nowhere near full time. I don't believe I'm receiving my 3% sales tips or that they're not reporting it.

I feel undervalue because when I do work I give my all to my guests and coworkers. Higher pay rate and recognition will definitely make me feel better for all of us

They dont do things right

People of color and women are looked down upon within the Brinker family. You might see people of color in "management" yet, they are looked down upon by their white peers. Same gors for women. You have an AD who is a woman but she has to make friends with all her male subordinates to "have control"

Better medical insurance, restructuring of the banquets contract to exclude any mention of wages and gratuity, institute auto gratuity...

Finding another job. This company promotes a hostile enviroment

If everyone was treated fairly and held to the same expectations

The the assistant general manager in Schaumburg calls me rude names snd cusses at me and is very disrespectful to guests and employees

Review from Customer Success Dept

Dont want any compensation just an explanation. The level of ignorance by the management is apolling!

To actually be spoken to like a person not a warm body

Review from Sales Dept

Definitley undervalued, but now theyre stealing our tips to pay hoirly employees

I think I deserve another raise. I'm a very needed employee

I never feel listened to when it comes to managers

If they evaluated the work load and the amount of pay for that specific work. As it is truly upsetting to see so many wonderful employees with so much potential have to work for minimum wage while they are doing more work then they need to. Truly evaluating who does what for efficiency and price.

Review from Sales Dept

Feel undervalued due to lack of loyalty to employees, feel highly replaceable. Better wages and increased benefits package. More incentive for managers as far as employee retention.

I feel undervalued because I'm more educated than all my supervisors, yet I'm treated like a woman who should just keep quiet
