Let me honest with you, just because I am not paid correctly, does not mean I don't do my job. I present my plates as if my family is eating there, nothing but the best no matter what. If we let our customers down, then loose business and then I will never make more money. I will always give 150%

This question is irrelevant. Corporate doesn't take into account their employees concerns. The same bad ADs, GMs, management teams will be leading the same restaurants in the next 6 months.
More training for managers on how to speak with their employees.

EVERYTHING! We are never prepared, always have too many servers to the point I barely make minimum wage hourly, constantly changing rules and expectations, no solid teamwork
When a person is to be trained as a new employee and has been given no support or training is ridiculous. Everything that I personally had to learn was on me. Nothing provided and extremly frustrating having to navagate. Would NEVER recomend working for this company!
