What is the best part about your compensation package?

Equity, never had equity before at a company.

AdHawk takes care of its employees through health, dental, and vision benefits. My quality of work life greatly improved once I started working at AdHawk.

It's always adapting to the needs of the employees. The team is really focused on making it a great environment for all.

I think I have a good balance of equity and salary which keeps me motivated to grow the company, yet comfortable to pay for life's expenses.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
