AdHawk has excellent management. The co-founders at the c-suite level and employees on each level care about all of the employees as well as the positive company culture. AdHawk aims to have its clients succeed but also its employees, which is part of what makes AdHawk such an amazing place to work.
The leadership is very much collaborative. There is no dictatorship and we all are trusted to solve the problems we know how to solve.
