Motivational, feel like I am making an impact in the organization and in an industry. Didn't feel that way at my previous role.

Product leadership makes it hard to build great products that are built to last. Impulsive decisions and a general startup ADHD creates an environment that makes prioritization and decision making almost impossible.

Terrible management, no structure or strategy, constantly moving goalposts, zero communication. Smart and talented people are wasted here.

Executives are not as transparent about the health of the company as they claim to be. A lot of promises and assurances that later end up not true. Revolving door of staff leads to current employees being spread too thin with no relief in sight.

The mission is strong, but recently it seems that leadership thinks that employees are a “means to an end” and replaceable. As a result, lots of people are checking

AdHawk's leadership team has built a culture of personal and professional growth shared by the entire team. We're always learning and helping eachother grow in their careers every single day.

AdHawk has excellent management. The co-founders at the c-suite level and employees on each level care about all of the employees as well as the positive company culture. AdHawk aims to have its clients succeed but also its employees, which is part of what makes AdHawk such an amazing place to work.

Lying, listening, ditch the misogynists

Equity, never had equity before at a company.

AdHawk takes care of its employees through health, dental, and vision benefits. My quality of work life greatly improved once I started working at AdHawk.

It's always adapting to the needs of the employees. The team is really focused on making it a great environment for all.

I think I have a good balance of equity and salary which keeps me motivated to grow the company, yet comfortable to pay for life's expenses.

Equity grants are small and not meaningful.

Respect goes a long way

They all work hard, and are extremely smart. Motivates me to get better even when I know I am not the most tenured on the team.

Good collaborators, no egos, smart people

There are so many motivators pushing this team to work hard everyday. We support and teach eachother constantly. We push ourselves because we all value personal and professional growth. Our company growth motivates us to contribute to the business every day.

I love working with everyone on my team because each member of the team is supportive of each other and wants each party to succeed. The team is one of the foundations of the company and definitely something that makes AdHawk such a great place to work.

Being able to work from home

Everyone's overtly positive and optimistic outlook on each day makes for an extremely enjoyable work environment.

Getting a chance to meet multiple individuals but you don't get to understand how behind everything is until it's too late.

Collaborating with other departments and building our customer base.

Seeing the impact of my work on the business' bottom-line is incredibly motivating. But what makes me happiest is seeing each co-worker engaged and motivated all day. It makes me really have that we've built a business that so many people would commit so much time energy and talent to.
