What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is competent
Accessible to all employees and open to suggestions

Senior Leadership needs to be pushed out. Real Change only occurs when the top changes.
Taking accountability and assisting those below them to achieve the common goal.
Nothing, they are worthless and hopeless
Fire themselves and hire people with leadership qualities
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The healthcare options are the best part
401k plan is very good
Bonuses are based on company and individual performance and delivery on goals
Its comparable to the industry.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The bottom gets pennies while the top rakes it in. Needs change.
It would be better to have compensation fairly aligned with national, regional, local averages
If they based it on performance and not favoritism and sex
Becsuse they underpay employees thst come on early in there career and give meager raises.

The team m is hard working and knowledgable

Stop forcing useless meetings that is driven by a personal agenda that benefits one person.

The most positive thing is the work life balance and recognition program

Retire Sr Leadership Team all of them
Senior Executives would need to be fired publicly.
Fire half the executives, hire people woth leadership skills

The recruiter was great, thoroughly communicating with me every step of the way
Opportunity to speak with leadership and different people
I met with multiple people from different roles within the company, giving me a broader view of the company as a whole and the culture
The ability to meet several employees from all levels that I would be interacting with daily - from leadership to peers - to give a full view of what it's like to work at Brother

Eliminate the endless qualifications and be honest.
There is none, nepotism abounds
What makes you most happy at work?
The people I work with and the available learning opportunities
I get to be creative and collaborative on a daily basis.

Start treating employees as people instead of a number
