Buffalo Wild Wings Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

salary but not benefits stock options low

I appreciate that our company offers insurance

I don't know what that is

It covers the more important needs

Review from Sales Dept

It's ok. I have no reason to complain. Seems market standard.

Review from Operations Dept

It's just exciting to see the company cares about their employee

My benefits are always there when I need it and it's never a hassle to get what I need

Review from Sales Dept

Review from Customer Success Dept

Review from Customer Support Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I have 17yrs experience getting paid the same as someone with none

Getting paid more an hour

I do way to much work for so little return. I lead the kitchen as a kitchen manager for a cooks pay.

Added tip to each bill and less money taken out for tip out

After everything i have to do to keep this restaurant afloat i cant even come in woth my family to eat and get a discount on my food. Even if i worked the same day. We are now only allowed to get discounted food WHILE we're working and it only takes off 7.50

I feel undervalued because I don't get the recognition that I deserve. What would make me feel better is a higher pay raise and some respect

I do all of the major cleaning and stocking when im there and play catch up for the neglect of tge previous shift. If i madethe money that reflected my amount of work put in.

Hire people who actually do their job and give them good raises

Review from Customer Support Dept

Not allowing intimidation from employees just because of seniority

i deserve a raise based on how long i have been with the company

constantly get ignored, doesnt respect availability

Work too much, only ones putting in the work while the managers do nothing.

undervalued and better pay would help me

Not being scheduled back to back doubles with no say in the matter

I am getting paid less than others with less experience than me.

For all the work im doing because we're so understaffed i should be getting paid more

Yes i do feel undervalued because i am not a favorite employee

With inflation and rising living costs, the pay they offer isn't enough. We're constantly short-staffed in the kitchen, for example, and I'm convinced we wouldn't be if we offered more.

If we help the servers we should be compensated a bit at least
