What makes you most happy at work?

When I'm not being brought into the managers office being told I have a problem with someone when I infact don't even know what they are talking about.

Whenever everybody has a good day, And everything runs smoothly.

Certain coworkers i worked with.

Serving my guests(especially the regulars)

Getting to see my work family

When my team and customers are happy, and my bosses are happy, then I am happy and will reward myself with cheese curds

It could be improved with real compassionate customer service

Food gets out cold, sometimes food has gotten water on it from leaks in the ceiling.

Customers point of view. Food is bad and prices are crazy. True bad part is its corporate structure.

The general manager needs to take control of situations and not sit in his office ignoring the problem.

Fire some of the managment fire some employees get rid of the people who dont care about really anything and thing they are better than anyone else.

Making everything be fare with everyone

Management there is awful there is two that actually care but besides them all of the others use there title to harass and mistreat employees

quality and portion size of food is terrible. almost everyone that eats there is unsatisfied.

Overwhelmes servers and kitchen leading to mistakes and comps that management can't figure out how to have quality over quantity

Better quality, actual clean carpets if we could get vacuums, sleeves for utensils

Again everything goes wrong, anything you could think of.

i am not treated how i should being a very reliable and strong employee but getting paid the least and walked all over on then being told my feelings are wrong when im upset about it

Needs new manangement, better processes for who can and cant be hired

Overall the managers are fhe ones that need better training.

Extremely slow service always under staffed and over worked no PTO or sick days NO Health Insurance or parental leave No room for a raise. My manager said im not getting a raise cause of plastic lids falling on the floor when the box was already damaged up lifting it and stocking it. Unfair pay/hour
