Mr. Eric R. Fencl has been Chief Administrative Officer at Build-A-Bear Workshop, Inc. since October 2015 and has been its General Counsel and Secretary since July 2008 and November 2013 respectively. Mr. Fencl is responsible for Build-A-Bear's legal, corporate governance and disclosure matters and has been responsible for its and International Franchising since March 2009. Mr. Fencl served as Chief Bearrister of Build-A-Bear Workshop Inc. since joining in July 2008. He serves as Corporate Executive Vice President of OSI Collection Services Inc. He served as Corporate Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Outsourcing Solutions Inc. since August 1998 and its Secretary from August 1998 to July 2008 and Senior Vice President. He joined Build-A-Bear Workshop in July 2008. He served as General Counsel and Secretary of OSI Collection Services Inc. He has 18 years of legal experience including 10 years as Corporate Counsel or General Counsel for public companies. He began his legal career at Bryan Cave LLP from 1990 to 1993. From 1993 to 1996, he worked at McDonnell Douglas Corporation legal team as Counsel. From September 1990 to August 1998, he worked at Monsanto Company as Corporate Counsel and Assistant Secretary. Mr. Fencl began his career in 1984 as an Auditor with Arthur Young & Company. He is a Member of the Missouri & Illinois Bar Associations and a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Fencl earned his Bachelor's and Law Degrees from Washington University in St. Louis.
