Better pay and benefits. We should make much more than minimum wage.

Everything. We are understaffed, overworked and underpaid. It's hard to smile at customers.

The customers. The kids are always so happy to pick our animals and clothes.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Follow our company philosophy and try and make the employees as happy as we try and make customers.
