It was pretty laid back and since it was a referral it was more of a meet and greet type of interview.

We always get a thumbs up for a job well done and when we don't meet certain targets we explore ways on how to improve.

BURN leadership team is people-centered. The focus is always on improving the lives of our customers by giving them the most efficient and economical means of cooking.
