When work evaluation there should begradual raise in salaries after appraisals
Health insurance is expensive and for a medium-sized enterprise even more untenable.

Good interpersonal skills between the team and freedom of expression

Every person has their own working space without much supervision
We always get a thumbs up for a job well done and when we don't meet certain targets we explore ways on how to improve.

It was pretty laid back and since it was a referral it was more of a meet and greet type of interview.
