What is the best part about your compensation package?

I love our medical expense reimbursement plan. It is a supportive way to help us keep our out-of-pocket costs low.

Good overall mix of benefits with a fair company contribution and 401k plan.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Company needs to believe in its people and the sales process. Retention of sales executives and clients are important to that process

Company purposely hires straight out of college grades to take advantage off and pay the least possible.

"Unlimited" time off is a gimmick. Lunch breaks would be nice too.
