What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're accessible to any employee.
They see you as an individual and encourage initiative, innovation, and teamwork.
Constant motion. Always looking to improve. Maintains financial viability. Supports a healthy culture.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The primary source of the toxic environment pushed in this company is from the Managing Partner. It would be difficult to find a more toxic person then him.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love our medical expense reimbursement plan. It is a supportive way to help us keep our out-of-pocket costs low.
Good overall mix of benefits with a fair company contribution and 401k plan.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Company needs to believe in its people and the sales process. Retention of sales executives and clients are important to that process
Company purposely hires straight out of college grades to take advantage off and pay the least possible.
"Unlimited" time off is a gimmick. Lunch breaks would be nice too.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are genuine, warm, and supportive.
The shared disgust and dislike of the two owners.
They are wired to execute on our plans.
They seem to get to the point

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Fun, engaging, fast-paced, and appropriately challenging.
Supportive team culture. The company has worked hard to improve from a diversity, equity and inclusion standpoint (beyond just performative measures).
