It was easy. The manager 'coached' me for my next interview with the Director of Engineering, to make sure I didn't say anything wrong.

Continue pursuing the position. HR is notorious for not getting back to people.

I work about 40-50 hours a week, and the vibe is generally stressed, but decent.
What's the Engineering team like at Calabrio?
Decent group of people, but definitely more of a start up culture - there's definitely still a 'bro' culture in the RND area.
How's the leadership on the Engineering team at Calabrio?
Some leadership is good, but they don't get rid of bad managers fast enough.

Mostly in sales.

What's the company culture like at Calabrio?
The Minneapolis office is an open concept that fosters a since of collaboration. With few barriers (physical or otherwise), people can easily connect with others within the office. The general "vibe" could be best described as a "fast paced" and "driven". If you live in Minneapolis and are looking for a someplace to be creative and make a difference, Calabrio is at least worth the investigation.

Become more effective planners to approach tasks and situations analytically.

Base salary is well below market median, benefits including 401k match is weak.

Focusing on quality instead of quantity and growth

Forget the "start up" mindset. Everytime something goes wrong, take ownership and use that experience to improve.
