What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is focused on doing what's right for their employees as well as the company at large. Every decision is thoroughly researched and thought-out, and they're transparent enough to tell us why decisions are made.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation package is not only competitive, but filled with nice perks. During COVID, it was expanded to cover internet costs, and a home office stipend. The vacation stipend is a good reminder to take some PTO for yourself.
