Transparency and accountability. Tope seems like a down to earth guy.

There's a lot of people excited about a variety of things, and I feel included.
What makes you most happy at work?
The feeling of being able to knock out pieces of work, and collaborating with my teammates.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay is good, but paying for kitting out a home office and reimbursing part of our work-related expenses is fantastic. I'd love to see more reimbursement as people continue to be unable to use physical spaces.
