I find it unfortunate that the timing of this survey came directly after an All hands meeting where our CEO said some things that, had anyone else said them - or the inverse, we would be in hot water. I'm disappointed that this survey never asked what are some of the weaknesses; appears to be biased

I like transparency, and whether it's intended or not - we see the real them
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Shouldn't you really be asking what is the most negative thing? How transparent is this if you are only asking about positive things?
