This is the best run company I have worked at, with the highest caliber of employees around me. Egos are at a minimum, i havent run into any slackers, everyone seems to be invested in the success of the company. And leadership really celebrates the values. It's nice to see and be a part of.

Everyone and I mean everyone does the heavy lifting and is there to lift others. I have yet to find an ego or a difficult person to work with.

Give respect, get respect, as long as we do what we need to do, not micro managed. But still held accountable. Given the room to grow and learn. Teams seem to gel and everyone appears to lift each other up.
