I haven't been with Calendly long, but I feel really proud to work here. The quality of people that work here is very high; I generally feel supported and valued.Overall, I think the salary and benefits are fair and above average, though in my opinion the parental leave packages are disappointing.

I was pleased with my salary offer and the choose your own perk and home office stipends were wonderful additions.

We seem to respect each other and work well together. I wish we weren't only connecting online; it would be nice to meet in person.

They seem to be forward thinking instead of just reactive. I feel confident that they're doing their best to make Calendly a positive, productive, and safe place to work.
