What are some of the best things about your team?We all have the same end goal in mind: we want what is best for the business, not for us nor our resume.
What makes you most happy at work?Knowing that my coworkers are there for the business
What did you like most about the interview process?Very fair everyone received the same questions
What needs to change to make the company culture better? Our management needs to understand that we are not 'just put our heads down and do our work" we were once empowered to make decisions. We had team leads. We no longer have any of these things. IT is very depressing and micromanaged.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Listening to their employees during projects and empowering them to make decisions.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Need to learn how each area of the company works so that we understand how it affects our work.
