We get Bonus and retirement package.

CG contributes an additional 15% annually to a retirement account for you automaticallty. Full vested after 6 years. Calculated with all earned income (salary, ot, bonus).

CG gives associates additional 15% annual compensation including bonus and OT to a retirement account.

15% 401(k) contribution gift is practically unheard of.

It's pretty comprehensive compared to other companies.

2 bonuses each year and annual merit increases.
