The executive team needs to care for their employees rather than accusing them of taking advantage of the company benefits and perks. Benefits and perks exist for a reason, so the executive team should be glad that these benefits and perks are used rather than focusing on how they are used.

Cutthroat culture with everyone jockeying for scarce promotions
Technology is insanely outdated, so many manual/outdated procedures.
Communication and open to new ideas
Communications needs to be open. Talking behind coworkers' backs is counterproductive and breeds ill will.
New leadership / terminate CHROs and bring in more diversity at executive levels from outside US.
Senior leadership needs to learn what humility really means.
Train people on how to interview
Standardized process. Friends of executives get in easily - family owned.
