You have the ability to set your own pay. The harder you work the more money you make. Simple idea for some. This job is definitely not for unmotivated lazy people.

They should keep the promises when “selling “ the position off

The pay is well but not worth it at this Company its not about How Hard you work Here-Its about you staying in line and in your place and going above and beyond for a Company who will not do the same for you.

Pay is same for MS as CO

The company treats you like trash, profits off you destroying your body then literally makes the job harder to do, and all the while blaming you for everything

Better compensation and more transparency in regards to our pay.

I do over work I always handle beyond 3 trucks Always 5 to six trucks

I am a English only speaker/understand which your management knows and yet still speaks in Spanish and not translate to me, plus workers taking equipment from other employees while they are working with the equipment

I along with others have not been paid by a location we traveled for.....well over 6 grand in total between all associates was not paid out

Constant risk of injury and poor body functionality with age. Employees here deserve a raise

Wish we would have better medical insurance

Fair pay for the amount of work that's required. Working crazy hours to barely bring any money home or to get shorted on paychecks that take weeks to get rectified.

If i could see daily what times and performance metrics were entered for me to verify they are accurate. Often they are not accurate and i am not paid for all my work done. But its too late to fix on payday

im not getting paid the hours i am working and its really making me crazy

I am getting incorrect paychecks weekly because of a hr error or payroll and i cant get help on site nor over the phone

When i got payed by truck sometimes my pay was off and i would talk to all the managers and no one would help this is all from the warehouse at frys from tolleson arizona

I was told the starting pay is 14$ an hour but when i check my capstone is says on some days i was paid at ab hourly rate of 7$. I was never given the break down of how they really is. So i felt like i was being cheated out of my money.
