Getting off after a long day
The fact that the other workers arent worried about making money, leaving a lot of the trucks to myself.

I love the physical aspect of my job. I am almost 42 and a female. I have always been a fitness fanatic. Staying in shape while I work is just a bonus to me.

Fix the managment and the pay
You have a district manager that has no sense of training or respect for an individual. Which makes it hard for an employee to work, when you are not properly trained and the manager is aware. YOU NEED BETTER DISTRICT MANAGER AND BETTER TRAINING.
Leadership has no clue what's going on. Can go to 4 different leaders and get 4 different answers about the day. Leadership playing favorites and cherry picking who makes the best money.

We need people of are going to work for the company and not at the company. At my Sacramento location we have a serious problem with lack of communication. And a lack of enforcement of rules and regulations.

Management needs to be replaced, policies need to be changed, employees need better compensation.
Better pay makes people happy
start with all employees being treated fairly and appreciated appropriately according to their experience attendance and work ethic.
Employees need to stay on theor line until line is completed instad of just leaving and not notifying anyone
There are hundreds of trucks in the yard that have been at that site for nearly a month, I cannot imagine how the companies that send us these trucks feel about us essentially holding their trucks hostage.
Employee commitment is not good

Hire supervisors (FC staples stockton , ca) that actually stay on site and help out.
Pressure is creating disrespect leaving unspoken words and miscommunication resulting a stagnate process within the logistics
My pay is not what i was told also they gave me a pay card that doesnt work,
