Everything. There is no management and they favor people who end up on a highhorse. They let other coworkers get bullied by said favorites
Communication, effort, and respect... Hold people accountable
New staff with more respect for there employees
Caring for your associates, not micromanaging every little thing. Actually promoting from within the company. Seeing things from a real person's point of view instead of some robot-driven, day-walking vampire's side. "Corporate America" keeps the rich rich and the poor poor.

Going above what the job description entails, no raises until 2yrs of service. Based on work provided by the employees

Holiday pay. I spend my hoildays working for nothing than what i get on a notmal day with less help and more work

They should keep the promises when “selling “ the position off
The pay is well but not worth it at this Company its not about How Hard you work Here-Its about you staying in line and in your place and going above and beyond for a Company who will not do the same for you.

State clearly what the position entails and compensation instead of the creative rhetoric they spew.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everything everything everything needs to be fixed
There's a lot of things that go unaccounted for the order selectors some locations items numbers aren't visible, which slowed down our time. I don't believe the accuracy of the timeframe from one location to another is correct especially if you're picking up one item on the opposite side

Not much for customer statisfaction, driver always complain about how long sometimes takes but thats because of how their time is limited for driving per day.
