Everything. There is no management and they favor people who end up on a highhorse. They let other coworkers get bullied by said favorites

Caring for your associates, not micromanaging every little thing. Actually promoting from within the company. Seeing things from a real person's point of view instead of some robot-driven, day-walking vampire's side. "Corporate America" keeps the rich rich and the poor poor.

There's a lot of things that go unaccounted for the order selectors some locations items numbers aren't visible, which slowed down our time. I don't believe the accuracy of the timeframe from one location to another is correct especially if you're picking up one item on the opposite side

Not much for customer statisfaction, driver always complain about how long sometimes takes but thats because of how their time is limited for driving per day.
