Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Not respected by management and the top executives and managers are highly compensated and noting left to pay regular employees

I feel since I am one of a few employees who is crops trained to perform other positions when it becomes necessary. I feel that I am a valuable asset to my company by willing being available as needed. And that should be taken in consideration and I should be compensated according accordingly

Compensation should be based on experience one brings to the company rather than what the position pays in the market.
