I feel since I am one of a few employees who is crops trained to perform other positions when it becomes necessary. I feel that I am a valuable asset to my company by willing being available as needed. And that should be taken in consideration and I should be compensated according accordingly

I think there are good departments in the company that do not have poor management or a negative and toxic culture. I have yet to see it. The underlying cause of all this is middle management intimidating employees from speaking up about issues and turning a deaf ear towards any criticism.
