I feel since I am one of a few employees who is crops trained to perform other positions when it becomes necessary. I feel that I am a valuable asset to my company by willing being available as needed. And that should be taken in consideration and I should be compensated according accordingly
Compensation should be based on experience one brings to the company rather than what the position pays in the market.
This ties back to management and the lack of team building exercises
I think there are good departments in the company that do not have poor management or a negative and toxic culture. I have yet to see it. The underlying cause of all this is middle management intimidating employees from speaking up about issues and turning a deaf ear towards any criticism.

Slow to make improvement to processes&systems. Poor communication to employees. Unwilling to listen to employees on what can be done to improve things. Too much Corp. politics. New CEO is great and promises changes. The company seems to have a mentality that they own you during work hrs. List goes
