CareSource – CareSource has a reputation w/ my health care provider for not approving cardiac tests for patients. Other insurance carriers approve recommended tests for irregular heartbeats, which I have. Their 3rd party reviewer, Magellan Health has not been responsive, postponing approval. Not good service.
