What do you like best about the leadership team?My manager (a director) and our general manager are outstanding. Their attitudes are infectious and boost the attitudes of those around them.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Total lack of communication on just about everything.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?We are a tech company inside of a benefits/insurance company---and paid like the later. Technology pay structures in terms of overall compensation are completely different.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Have one that is unique to our business.
